As Principal of St. Ann’s Junior College, Bolarum, during her two tenures (2005–2008 & 2014–2019), Sr. Nancy Menezes championed academic excellence, holistic development, and leadership among students. She introduced innovative teaching methods, strengthened infrastructure, and integrated technology to create a dynamic learning environment. Her compassionate leadership, dedication, and faith-driven vision left a lasting impact, inspiring both staff and students to strive for excellence with integrity and purpose.

Sr. Nancy Menezes
As Principal of St. Ann’s Junior College, Bolarum (2005–2008), Sr. Nancy Menezes fostered academic excellence, holistic student development, and strong leadership qualities. She introduced innovative teaching methods, enhanced campus infrastructure and technology, and organized impactful academic and cultural events. Her tenure was marked by dedication, faith, and a deep commitment to nurturing students’ intellectual and moral growth, leaving behind cherished memories and a lasting legacy of progress and purpose.
Sr. Olivia
As the founding Principal of St. Ann’s Junior College, Bolarum, Sr. Olivia laid the cornerstone of the institution with faith, determination, and vision. She overcame numerous challenges in securing permissions, recruiting qualified lecturers, and establishing infrastructure including science labs, library, and auditorium. Her leadership marked the college’s formal inauguration in 2001, shaping its motto “Lighted to Lighten” and setting a strong foundation for academic and moral excellence. Her tenure reflected devotion, perseverance, and commitment to empowering young minds through education rooted in faith and service.
